Show BOY GETS FIVE DAYS FOR STEALING TURKEYS Special to The Tribune. RICHFIELD, June 7. Clarence Chrls-tensen, Chrls-tensen, a Richfield boy 20 years old, stole two young turkeys from tho ranch of James M. Bolltho, Just east of this city. For some time little turkeys have been nvystcrlously dlsappe irlng from the ranch and the owners woro on the lookout. Mr. Bolltho happened to be in the city when young jChrlstcnsen drovo by tho ranch and stole the turkey?. Mrs. Bolltho saw the theft and telephoned to town. Marshal Mar-shal Calloway caught the thief at the edge of the city -md took him before Justice Jus-tice J. M. Laurltzen. Chrlstensen pleaded guilty and is serving flvo days In Jail. The culprit 13 a son of Mr. and Mrs. Hans Chrlstensen of this city. One of his brothers Is a orormnent hardware merchant mer-chant and another is bishop of one of tho wards in Richtield. ( a Mntlers coming before Judge J. F. Chl-dester Chl-dester in the Sixth District court were: Jens Hanson, convicted of adultery, had his sentence postponed to June S. Jens Hansen began libel aull against the Reaper before his adultery affair came lo light- The alleged libel was the publication publi-cation of some derogatory statements about Hansen's domestic affairs. The libel suit was tried before the Judgo without a Jury, and resulted In favor of tho news-papcr. news-papcr. Hansen Is plaintiff in a third case, a suit for divorce from his wife.
