McGurrln for approval. Tho capitalization of the now company has been fixed at $150,000. divided Into as many shares of the par value of $1 each, and with Hie filing of them active work will bfe resumed. Of tho company Thomas Keeley of Chicago Chi-cago 1b president; Mathew Cullen, vice-president; vice-president; Eugene Keoiey, treasurer, and Frederick T. McGurrln, secretary. These officials, with Patrick Ilyan and Col. Hennessey of Chicago, constitute the board of directors. Tho Wild Bill group of mines hns been productive of some very high grade ore, and the company com-pany Is to be congratulated upon the assets with which it begins its career.
