I PARKER'S DECLARATION. David P. Hill Gives Out Interview Regarding Gold Standard. ALBANY, N. Y.. July 12. David B. Hill tonight gave out tho following interview on Judge Parker's declaration for the gold standard: "1 am gratified that tho convention so enthusiastically Indorsed tho bravo and manly stand of Judge Parker Par-ker and that tlio whole country has so favorably fa-vorably received it. Tho party Is in tbo position in which I wished it to be. having Indorsed tho prenont gold standard. The financial question Is now entirely out of the campaign and tlio Republicans aro powerless to drag It In. Tho rood to a successful campaign has boen cleared."
