City Judge Baxter, on complaint of Miss Julia Krau-ser, Krau-ser, sent her father, Simon Krau-ser, Krau-ser, to Jail for spanking her. Miss Krauser explained to thc court that she had Just passed her eighteenth birthday, and was therefore exempt from that sort of punishment.
