STORK EQUALS HIS RECORD Babes Make Their Ap Appearance Appearance During Past Week The birth record for any week of the present Year was equaled the past week when the stork tork brought babies to Salt Lake homes A similar number came the first week in May Of the births there were but tyone boys to girls There were thirty deaths during the week evenly divIded between the sexes Fourteen bodies were shipped here for bunal Fifteen cases cases of f contagious dis diseases diseases eases were reported to the health henIth department consisting of three cases of scarlet fever three of diphtheria three of measles four of whooping cough and two of chicken pox At the end of the week five cases of smallpox eight of diphtheria and eight of scarlet fever remained In quarantine
