altars because I think they are the most beautiful ones I have seen There will be three ot of them The altars of the Savior of Joseph and ot of Mary They I are all to bo be cut of Carrara marble the only deviation being the crucifix upon which our Lord Is suffering his last agonies This will be of brass The figure of the Savior on the cross Is sur surrounded surrounded rounded by statues of the tour four evangel evangelists It will take about ten months to Complete the work upon them I hope to fix the dedication of the cathedral on the of Tune June next the feast da day of Mary Magdalen
