Show Money Management Seminar Set For 17th With the pressure of today's inflationary cycle, money management and family budgeting have become increasingly in-creasingly important to the middle-income families and financial problems often offer stress to family members and create intrafamily tension. KEEPING THESE facts in mind, the Parent Education Resource Center of the Davis School District is offering a one-evening seminar entitled "Wise Money Management" on Wednesday, Feb. 17. It will feature Sid Smith, MSW, discussing dis-cussing family budgets, money management and how to stretch and manage the dollar to the best possible advantage, elimination of wasteful spending, spend-ing, etc., and will also deal with the importance of involving involv-ing children in the family budgeting process. Mr. Smith is a native of Ogden, has a BS degree from WSC and an MS degree in social so-cial work from the U. of U. He has been employed in the consumer con-sumer finance field for.over 20 years. He is presently associated associ-ated w ith the Family Counseling Counsel-ing Center located in Salt Lake City and w ill man a branch of this center w hich will be opening open-ing soon in Bountiful. His experience ex-perience in both family counseling coun-seling and the financial realm have created a storehouse of information which he will share during the course of the evening. THE SEMINAR will begin at 7 p.m. in the Monte Vista Center, Cen-ter, lOOS.300E.,Farmington.
