Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of February, 1982, at 10:00 a.m. at the county coun-ty courthouse building at Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing fore-closing a Trust Deed executed by FARMINGTON MEADOWS I LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Li-mited Partnership, FARMINGTON FARM-INGTON MEADOWS II LIMITED LI-MITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Partnership, and FARMINGTON MEADOWS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Li-mited partnership, as Trustor, Robert J. Grow, Esq., Successor Succes-sor Trustee, in favor of SOME-RSET SOME-RSET HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, a Utah non profit corporation, as Beneficiary, Benefi-ciary, under the Trust Deed made by FARMINGTON MEADOWS I LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Li-mited Partnership, FARMINGTON FARM-INGTON MEADOWS II LIMITED LI-MITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah limited Partnership, and FARMINGTON MEADOWS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Utah Limited Li-mited Partnership, recorded September 26, 1980, as Entry No. 575430, in Book 841, at Page 419, of the official records re-cords of Davis County, State of Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of SOME-RSET SOME-RSET HOMEOWNERS-ASSOCIATION, HOMEOWNERS-ASSOCIATION, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded re-corded October 14, 1981, as Entry No. 602209, in Book 882, at page 191, of said official records.
