Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That Backman Title Company, a Utah corporation, is Successor Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated August 22, 1977, executed by Keith E. Garner, a married man as Trustor, to secure certain obligations obli-gations in favor of First Security Secur-ity Bank of Utah, N. A., as Beneficiary, recorded August 23, 1977, as Entry No. 470788, in Book 665, at Page 12 of Official Offi-cial Records in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, describing the real propertv therein as: All of Lots 38 and 39, FAIRFIELD FARM ESTATES No. 2 SUBDIVISION, SUB-DIVISION, EXCEPTING EXCEPT-ING the Easterly 5 feet of Lot 39, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Davis County Recorder. Situated in Davis County, State of Utah. That a breach of an obligation obliga-tion for which the above property prop-erty was conveyed as security has occurred in that payment has not been made in the amount of $1 .415.00 due October Octo-ber 1, 1982, and the same amount each month thereafter through and including January 1, 1982. That by reason of such default, de-fault, First Security Bank of Utah, N. A. the present Beneficiary Benefi-ciary under such Deed, has executed ex-ecuted and delivered to said Trustee a written declaration of default and demand for sale and has deposited with said Trustee such Deed and all documents evidencing obligations obliga-tions secured thereby and has declared and does hereby declare de-clare all sums secured thereby immediately due and payable, and has elected and does elect to cause the trust property to be sold to satisfy the obligations obliga-tions secured thereby.
