Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held Tuesday, February 16, 1982, at 7:30 P.M. at the Centerville City Council Chambers, 521 North 400 West. The purpose of the hearing is to give consideration to changing the following described de-scribed property from A-l to R-2: Beginning at a point on the East right-of-way line of Interstate Highway High-way 15 which is East 342.83 feet and South 0 degrees 11' West 575.71 feet from the West quarter quar-ter corner of Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and running thence North 0 degrees 11' East 3336.29 feet; thence south 89 de-grees de-grees 48' 30" East 442.49 feet; thence North 26 degrees 50' 43" East 39.23 feet; thence South 64 degrees 21' ' East 148.96 feet, more or less, to the West line of Willow Farms Plat "D" Subdivision; thence along said subdivision boundary South 22 degrees de-grees 13' 18" West 225.15 feet to a point on a 734.00 foot radius curve to the right (the center of which bears South 22 degrees 13' 18" West); thence Southeasterly Southeas-terly along the arc of said curve 83.41 feet through a central angle of 6 degrees de-grees 30' 40" to a point of compound curve with a 12 foot radius curve to the right (the center of which bears South 28 degrees de-grees 43' 58" West); thence Southerly along the arc of said curve 19.38 feet through a central cen-tral angle of 92 degrees 31' 34" to a point of reverse re-verse curve with a 743.39 foot radius curve to the left (the center of which bears South 58 degrees de-grees 44' 37" East); thence Southerly and Southeasterly along the arc of said curve 750.26 feet through a central angle of 57 degrees 49' 31"; thence South 26 degrees de-grees 34' 08" East 110.91 feet to a point on a 716.83 foot radius curve to the right (the center of which bears South 63 degrees 25' 52" West); thence Southeasterly Southeas-terly and Southerly and Southwesterly along the arc of said curve 674.79 feet through a central angle of 53 degrees 56' 08" to a point of reverse curve with a 661.03 foot radius curve to the left (the center of which bears South 62 degrees 38' East); thence Southwesterly South-westerly and Southerly and Southeasterly along the arc of said curve 661.46 feet through a central angle of 57 degrees de-grees 20' to a point of reverse curve with a 747.58 foot radius curve to the right (the center of which bears South 60 degrees de-grees 02' West); thence Southeasterly and Southerly and Southwesterly South-westerly along the arc of said curve 632.38 feet through a central angle of 48 degrees 28"; thence South 18 degrees 30' west 349.54 feet; thence South 89 degrees 56' 30" West 580.22 feet to the point of beginning.
