Show Fsirmington By KATHRYN JENNINGS 867-2027 The Junior Literary Club will meet with Lelia Hess on Oct. 26 at 8 p.m. AileenArnell has arranged a musical program featuring Miriam Massey and Sylvia Bischoff, with accompanist Jan Arrington. Mary Johnson is president of this club. The Literary Guild will be entertained at the home of Audrey Clark on Oct. 26 at 8 p.m. Afton Nielson will review "Two From Galilee" by Marjorie Holmes. Caryol Welch is club president. A special guest at the club recently was Bea Carroll who spoke of her recent visit to Russia, arranged by Louise Stein. Woody and Sue Shifflett are parents of twin daughters born Oct. 6. Each baby weighed 5 lbs. and their names are Heidi and Heather. Edith Shifflett is the grandmother grand-mother who is presently on a mission for the LDS Church. The Cherry Hills greens is now closed for the season and will reopen in the spring. Earl and Afton Nielson spent a day this week in ; Nephi on business. |
