OCR Text	Show Budget vote petition rejected RICHFIELD Steven Wall, Sevier County clerk, has rejected a petition effort by a group for a referendum on the county's 1991 budget. In a letter to Al Ricksecker, Jr., one of five backers of the petition, Wall pointed out that under Utah law, the statutes do not provide for a referendum on the budget.
