Show KSerlynn Ross Is Bride Of Given W. Bodily ARCADIA (Special) A lovely spring bride was Miss Merlynn Ross, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Ross, of Arcadia. Miss Ross and Gwen W. Bodily exchanged ex-changed vows in a double ring ceremony in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, April 10, with President Presi-dent Robert Young officiating. Mr. Bodily is the son of Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Bodily, of Gusher. Immediately following the ceremony, a wedding breakfast was held for the families and bridal party at the home of the bridegroom's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Goodwin. The bride selected a waltz length gown of imported French Chantilly lace and tulle over satin, sat-in, with a portrait neck li np arm long sleeves. A crown of teardrop tear-drop and seed pearls was secured secur-ed to a fingertip viel of illusion. illu-sion. Her bouquet was of pink roses and white carnations. For their honeymoon trip to California, the bride wore a natural silk shantung suit with red accessories. The bride's parents honored the young couple at a reception April 18 in the Arcadia LDS ward chapel. Miss Donna Ross, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, with Miss Afton Bodily, sister of the groom, Miss Marilyn Zir-ker, Zir-ker, Miss Pauline Larsen, Miss Delaine Bird, Mrs. Jack Goodrich Good-rich and Mrs. Kenneth Walker as other attendants. Lamar, Wayne, Brent and Karen Ross were the young gift bearers. Mrs. Golda Jensen and Mrs. Cleo Pappus were in charge of the. gift room, and the Relief Society members were in charge of refreshments. Mother of the bride chose black marquisette and the mother moth-er of the groom chose a navy taffeta. Their identical corsages were camelias and pink carnations. carna-tions. Floyd Ross, brother of the bride, was master of ceremonies, ceremon-ies, announcing the following program: vocal solo, Norman Bodily, trio, Janet Stevens, Janice Jan-ice Anderton and LaRae Drol-linger, Drol-linger, accompanied by Joan Todd; accordion solo, Lamar Ross: vocal solo. Vivian Larsen: accordion solo, Gay Wagstaff; vocal solo, Floyd Ross. Prior to the reception, the following out-of-town guests were served a buffet supper at the home of the bride's parents: Mrs. Jessie Hall, Arthur Mas-sey, Mas-sey, Mrs. Cyntha Massey, Winona Win-ona Massey, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Massey, Mr. and Mrs. Ritchie Stubbs and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Junior Sotitham, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Hatch, all of Vernal; Bud Odle, of Tremonton, Utah; Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Ross and family, of Roosevelt; Mr. and Mrs. C: W. Bodily, Norman and Afton Bodily, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Pappus, of Gusher; Mr. and Mrs. A. G. Ross, Gae and Wayne of Midvale; R. G. Ross, Delaine Bird, Marilyn Zirker, Pauline Larsen, Larry McMullins, and George Fannin, students of the B.Y.U. . Both Mr. and Mrs. Bodily attended at-tended the B.Y.U. the past winter. The newlyweds are at home to their friends for the summer in Roosevelt, where Mr. Bodily is managing the Dairy Freez. This fall they will go to Salt Lake City, where Mr. Bodily will enter the U. of U.
