LEGAL NOTICE Notice of Intention PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th day of April, 1984, the Board of County Commissioners of Summit I County, Utah, adopted a J resolution declaring its I intention to create a special spe-cial improvement district (the "District").
