Dcslty and the United Cigar Stores company whereby Mr. Dcsky will have I larger nnd Improved quarters at his present pres-ent location by adding to his room a large part of the space now occupied by the Union Pacific and Oregon Short Line city ticket offices In the Kcnyon hotel building. Tho United Cigar Stores company, com-pany, which has taken a lease on tho entire Kenvon hotel nroncrty for clghty- Ilvo years, will occupy the corner room, which will be cut down to a frontage of thirteen feet on Main street aud thirty-five feet on Second South street, and Mr. Desky will take the remainder of the room adding It to his clothing store, und when tho changes are made they will include the remodeling of the cntlro fronts of the Kcnyon hotel huildlng and tho Dcsky store room. Mr. Desky's new lease gives him a frontage of slxty-fivn feet on two streets with thirty-live feet on Main street and thlity feet on Second South street. Lcaso Expiros April 31.
