Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 22 day of March, 1988, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse , Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, ASSO-CIATION, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by ALVIN L EVANS, and DAWN C EVANS, husband and wife as joint tenants, as Trustor, recorded January 13, 1984 as Entry No. 662098, in Book 975, at Page 3 13, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of GREAT FINANCIAL FEDERAL, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded August Au-gust 17, 1987, as Entry No. 0798220, in Book 1188, at Page 76, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 2 1 , SOUTHWOOD SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Coun-ty Recorder's Office. Property Address: 2188 South 150 West, Clearfield, Utah 84015 for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
