Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of March, 1988 at 11 :00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE TI-TLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by JACK D. PALMER PAL-MER and ELAINE H. PALMER, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded January Janu-ary 27, 1983 as Entry No. 631880 in Book 929 at pages 461 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of BARNES BANKING COMPANY (now owned and held by BARNES BANKING COMPANY) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded June 29, 1987 as Entry No. 792029 in Book 1 177 at page 63 of said Official Records.
