Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 21st day of March, 1988, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County Courthouse Court-house located at 50 E. State St., Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Robert D. Checketts and Janice T. Checketts, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, Agen-cy, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded July 28, 1980 as Entry No. 569881, in Book 832, at Page 522, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property prop-erty located at 88 W. 50 S., Unit D9, Centerville, Utah 84014, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly parti-cularly described as follows: All of Unit D-9, CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS, as the same is defined and established estab-lished and identified on the "Record "Re-cord of Survey Map of CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS," CONDOMI-NIUMS," duly recorded in the Office of the Davis County Recorder Re-corder on September 16, 1976, as Entry No. 442675, and in the DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, COVE-NANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, CEDAR SPRINGS CONDOMINIUMS, dated September 15, 1976 and recorded September 16, 1976, as Entry No. 442676, in Book 616, Page 519 of Official Records; TOGETHER WITH an undivided undi-vided interest in and to the Common Com-mon Area as the same is established estab-lished and identified in the Declaration De-claration and Map referred to hereinabove; TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO Easements through said Unit, Appurtenant to the common Area, and all other Units, for the support and repair of said unit, of the Common Com-mon Area, and all other Units; SUBJECT TO the provisions of the Utah Condominium Ownership Own-ership Act, the aforesaid "Declaration", "De-claration", the aforesaid "Survey "Sur-vey Map", and all rules, regulations regula-tions and agreements lawfully made andor entered into pur suant to the provisions of the aforesaid Act and Declaration, and all easements, conditions and restrictions of record. Notice of Default was recorded November 2, 1987 as Entry No. 0806559, in Book 1202, at Page 185, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty war-ranty as to title, possession, or encumbrances, encum-brances, the above-described property, proper-ty, for the purpose of paying obligations obliga-tions secured by said Trust Deed, including in-cluding without limitation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
