Main street. Suit Lake City. Utah, at ono o'clock p. in. on Tuesday, September 8. 1908, for the purpose of considering and voting (1) upon the proposition to amnd article 6 of tho a,rtlcles of Incorporation of said company, so that when amended it will provide that the capital stock of said company shall consist of ono million shares or less, divided Into one million shares or less, of the par value of ten cents each; three hundred thousand shares to be issued In lieu of the present outstanding stock and that remaining undisposed un-disposed of In the treasury, the aggregate being three hundred thousand shares, of the par or face value of one dollar each; and so that snld article shall provide that the remainder of the capital stock, whether seven hundred thousand shares or less, shall bo placed In the treasury to be sold hy tho directors, at such times and In such manner as shall be for the best Interest of said corporation: and (2) upon the proposition to amend article 12 of said articles of incorporation of said company, so that it shall provide that the treasury stock thereof shall consist of seven hundred thousand shares or less.
