Dibble sought to besmirch her character by writing letters let-ters In which she was accused of unchas-tity unchas-tity and spoken of as a common harlot, according to tho complaint for divorce filed by Chloe E. Dibble Tuesday. The woman says they were married in this city January IS. 1905. Since she was deserted last May. she asserts that her husband hns made no provision for the support of herself and child, and thnt she has been compelled to work as a domestic do-mestic to earn a livelihood. The charge of cruelty Is added to the other alleged shortcomings of Dibble. The plaintiff Is seeking. In addition to a decree of divorce, di-vorce, tho custody of a minor child, sufficient suf-ficient alimony for Its support and attorney's at-torney's fees. |
