OCR Text I COALVBLUE NEWS SpocJnl to Tho Tribune. COALVILLE, Aug. 18. Judge Ritchie hHd a short session of tho District court here today. The following business was transacted: Estate of Henry Bircumshaw, deceased; will admitted to probate; Mrs. Mary Jane Bircumshaw appointed executrix, to act without bond. Estate of Elizabeth R. Huffman, do-coascd; do-coascd; final account of administrator approved ap-proved and decree of distribution entered. Estate of James Judd. deceased; James II. Judd appointed administrator and his bond fixed at S3-I00. Guardianship of Isabel Lois McLaughlin, McLaugh-lin, minor; the following orders were made: Order approving first semi-annual ncrount of th guardian, and approving Investments, etc ; order approving sale or United States bonds nnd oixler appointing Ellas A. Smith. II. P. Clark and L. II. Parnswortli appraisers to appraise certain property belonging to I lie minor. One by one, Coalville's old settlors are passing away, one more having gone to her final rest in tho death of Mrs. Ellen Stokes, who died this morning. Tho cause of death was general debility. Deceased De-ceased had Just passed her seventy-seventh year. While she had been ailing for about a year, her death was unexpected. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon after-noon from the East Coalvlllo meeting house.
