OLD "STAND-BYS" ARE CALLED INTO SERVICE Special to The Tribune, OGDEN. Aug IS. Owing to the Increasing In-creasing freight traffic on the Harrlmnn roads, fifty-seven big Mogul engines which have been laid on the shelf badly crippled for some months have bt-en "dug up" and put into service. The new typo of locomotives known as tho "Consolidations" "Consolida-tions" have been found Inadequate and not of sufficient power to handle tho heavy trains of freight now being rushed over the entlro system, so the old tvpo of engines have again been called Into commission.
