Issued and outstanding, payable Immediately to the treasurer at his office. Grouso Creek. Utah. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on the loth day of September, 1908. will be delinquent and advertised for sale at public auction, and unless payment Is made before, will bo sold on the 15th day of October, 1908. at 2 o'clock p. m.. at the company's office, to pay the delinquent assessment thereon, together with the costs of advertising and expense of sale.
