Show IPP granted Right-of-Way A right-of-way across public lands was granted by the Bureau of Land Mangement to the Intermountain In-termountain Power Project May 15 for two 500 kilovolt power transmission lines from the Lynndyl, Utah plant site to Victorville, California. According to Gary Wicks, Utah BLM state director, sine e the right-of-way grant involves public lands in Utah, Nevada and California, all - three BLM state directors approved the grant. The grant is scheduled to terminate 50 years from the effective date or earlier, with a provision for renewal if the lands are still being used to transport electrical power.
