As they were going over the bridge it gave way and only by suddenly increasing the speed of their car were they able to cross over safely. However, all four tires were blown and the wheels and rims were damaged, necessitating the services of a tow truck. There were no injuries, but Zella and Darla were both shaken up from their experience. Don and Ednal Simmons drove to Rock Springs last week to take their daughter and grandchildren, L'leeta and Bryon Mullins, to catch the bus. From there, L'leeta and Bryon will return to their home in Urichville, Ohio. The Simmons brought back grandchildren, Shaun, Kimberly and Wendy, for a visit with them. Flynn and Heidi accompanied their aunt, Barbara Obernansly, to Cheyenne, Wyoming, for a five-day visit with friends and relatives. They brought back an unwelcome visitor when they returned home chicken pox. Darla Pike went to Salt Lake City to attend the wedding of a friend and will spend the weekend visiting her many friends. John and Cherie Dickey and two of their children, Greg and Heidi, spent five days in Portland, Oregon last week on business. date has been Wood Badge Training.
