Show closing that certain Trust Deed dated October 29, 1976 and executed by GLENN AVERY W1XOM and CINDY J. WIXOM, bis wife, as Trustors, in favor of COMMON. WEALTH MORTGAGE, MORT-GAGE, INC. dba AMPAC MORT-GAGE, MORT-GAGE, as beneficiary, covering real property located at 625 East 1000 South, Clearfield, in Davis County, and more particularly described de-scribed as: Lot 3, Block No. 1, CAMPBELL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, SUBDI-VISION, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in ' the office of the County Recorder of said County. The present owners of the property are reported re-ported to be Glenn and Cindy Wixom. Road. This property is unproved with a City park, public works facility and the City Hall complex. Copies of the written sale proposal can be obtained prior to the public hearing at City Hall during normal working hours.
