Show Hinckley Institute honors two locals National Committee. She expects to combine her medical expertise and legal training to work in medical ethics and medical law. Her parents are Walter and Dorothy Willey, 79 W. 1400 S., Bountiful. The Hinckley Institute of Politics Poli-tics sponsors seminars, internships and scholarships to encourage students stu-dents to become involved in politics poli-tics and enter public service. Two Bountiful residents, Larry Memmott and Elizabeth Willey, have been honored by the University Univer-sity of Utah Hinckley Institute of Politics. Memmott, 27, has received the Ben D. Wood Award for outstanding outstand-ing performance in an internship with Benchmark, Inc., a Washington, Washing-ton, D.C., consulting firm in international inter-national development that has contracts con-tracts with the Peace Corps and the Agency for International Development Develop-ment in the U.S. Department of State. A 1978 Bountiful High graduate, Memmott received a bachelor's degree from the U. in June in uni- versity studies with an emphasis on economic policy and international relations. He works for the U.S. Foreign Service in Bolivia. Memmott is married to Nora Peralta Memmott and is the son of Leo and Florence Memmott, 1455 E. Vineyard Circle, Bountiful. Willey, 34, received a $1,000 Special Study Award for her third year af the U. law school. A 1970 Bountiful High graduate, she has a bachelor's degree in nursing from the U of U where she was elected to Phi Kappa Phi and Mortar Board honorary societies. She later received re-ceived a master's degree from the University of Washington. She was an assistant professor of nursing at Brigham Young University Univer-sity from 1979 to 1986 and is former chairwoman of the Utah State Board of Nursing.
