Show Local Restaurant Now Under New Management Two prominent local businessmen business-men Monday took over the management man-agement of "The Farmer's Daughter." popular local drive-in drive-in restaurant located at 2320 Highland Drive. The new managers man-agers are Dave Romney, 1471 McClelland St., and "Belden "Bud" Besse, 2209 S. 21st East. Future plans for development of the establishment were out-' out-' lined by Mr. Besse. "We want to give the people of Sugar House a first-rate place to eat," he stated. New hours will be from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. Mr. Besse stated that soon daily curb service will be offered the public. At present this service, is on Sundays only. A feature of the establishment establish-ment will be the ice cream which Mr. Besse says, without qualification, will , be the finest in the state. It will be made on the premises by Mr. Besse himself. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be offered, with a complete fountain service all clay long. in the spring the new managers man-agers will landscape the place, with special attention being given giv-en the ample parking factilities. |
