Show MAW TO SPEAK TO MEMORIAL SOCIETY The Stevenson Memorial Society, So-ciety, honor club of Westminster College, will hear the Hon. Herbert B. Maw, governor of Utah in an address at their annual an-nual banauet this Thursday evening eve-ning in the Hotel Newhouse. Lincoln Anderson, president of the organization announced complete program plans for the evening which included Dr. Robert Rob-ert D. Steele, president of the college and Dr. J. S. Boughton, dean of the college, giving short talks. Student responses will be given by Miss Camille Gibson Gib-son and Mr. John Erickson. The dinner music will include a solo by Miss Ruth Wood, accompanied ac-companied by Miss Shirley Mer-tens. Mer-tens. The Stevenson Memorial Society So-ciety was founded in 1934, in memory of Dr. P. L. Stevenson, former dean of the college. The society is open to any student of the college who can attain a B-plus B-plus average. |
