Show NOTICE OF DKFAl'LT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Home Abstract Ab-stract & Title Co., Inc., is Substitute Sub-stitute Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated 22nd of December, 19S0. executed by BLAIR S. AKNELL AND DEBORAH S. A breach of. and default in. the obligations for which such Deed is security has occurred in that the Trustor(s) are delinquent delin-quent on the payments under said Trust Deed and Note.
