Clock, Farming-ton Farming-ton building and zoning official has issued a report from the building department for the month of September, 1982. up when he is on stage. And director and author's husband Gary Lundberg turns in a delightful de-lightful performance as the missionary's guardian angel. "HIGHLIGHT of the production pro-duction is a five or six minute silent movie which shows some of the ways the angel has been protecting the missionary. mission-ary. The film provokes some of the heartiest bellylaughs I've enjoyed in some time. "Perry's music is outstanding-many of the songs, such as "Forever I Love You," "In The Hollow Of Thy Hand," "Missionary's Prayer," and "Well Done Thou Good and Faithful Servant" are destined to become LDS Standards. Gary Lundberg's staging is simple but seems to get the job done. And costumes and set add life and color to the evening." THE REACTION from non- , LDS audience members has also been positive, they seem to enjoy it for the sheer entertainment enter-tainment value as well as a new insight into the lifestyle and traditions of their LDS neighbors. neigh-bors. As one New York Jewish woman put it, "This is the Mormon 'Fiddler on the Roof." LDS members will be interested in-terested to know that, after expenses, ex-penses, profits from "It's A Miracle" are donated to the General Missionary Fund of the Church. CRITICS reviews for "It's A Miracle" have been extremely ex-tremely favorable. The plot, according to Lundberg, is based on a series of true experiences ex-periences she has heard during her Church writing career. Indeed, In-deed, returned missionaries and their friends and families will see experiences and emotions emo-tions portrayed that hit strikingly strik-ingly close to home. '"Michael Fames gives a sensitive, believable performance perform-ance as the missionary. Susan Rogers, the missionary's pal-turned-sweetheart, is played convincingly by Wendee Jensen Jen-sen Truman-a lovely young woman with a voice to match. Brad Wilcox is hilarious as the hard-to-live-with Elder Simmons. Sim-mons.
