Show Notice To Contractors Notice is hereby given that the City of Roosevelt, Utah proposes to make the following improvements, improve-ments, to wit: Construct Curb and Gutter and Sidewalk Improvement District No. 2 according to plans and specifications on file at the office of Templeton and Linke, Consulting Engineers, 500 Dooly Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, and at the office of the City Recorder Re-corder in the City Hall at Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Utah. Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor, equipment and tools necessary to complete said work and will be received at the office of the City Recorder until 8:00 P.M. o'clock on the 6th day of June, 1955, at which time all bids win oe opened ana publicly pub-licly read in the Council Meeting Room at the City Hall, Roosevelt, Utah. Instructions to bidders, plans and specifications for said improvements im-provements may be seen and examined ex-amined at the office of the Consulting Con-sulting Engineers, 500 Dooly Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, and at the office of the City Recorder Re-corder in the City Hall at Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Utah. Copies of the plans and specifications may be obtained by depositing twenty dollars ($20.00) with the Consulting Engineers' office of-fice for each set of documents so obtained. The amount of the deposit de-posit fee for each of said sets of documents will be refunded to the bidder or bidders who return such documents in good condition within with-in seven (7) days after the opening open-ing of bids. One-half the amount of the deposit or ten dollars I ($10.00) will be returned to those persons who obtain said documents, docu-ments, and who do not submit a bid on the general contract, providing pro-viding such sets of documents are returned in good condition within seven (7), days after opening of bids. The Owner reserves the privilege privi-lege to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in any bid or bids. IRENE K.
