Show BACK FROM KOREA Mrs. Jennie McMullen received a telephone call from her son, Bob Robinson from Tacoma, Washington. Washing-ton. Bob had just arrived in the U. S. from Korea. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Lee and son, Dennis, of Salt Lake City, were overnight visitors Thursday evening at the Robert Marshall home. Mrs. Lee is a sister of Mr. Marshall. Mrs. Jennie McMullen received a call from her "son, Vern McMullen, McMul-len, who is stationed at Camp Beale, Calif., wishing his mother a "Happy Mother's Day." - Mr. and Mrs. Frank McMullen were Mother's Day visitors at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr, and Mrs. Marion McMullen. Mc-Mullen. Mrs. Lila Bingham, of Alterra, spent Friday visiting at the home of Mrs. Etta McMullen. Bert Harris and Mr. and Mrs. Lorin J. Harris, Mrs. Bingham is a sister .of Mrs. McMullen and Bert and Lonn Harris, . . Mr. and Mrs. Sheldon Lewis and family were visitors in Roosevelt Friday evening. Mrs. Lucy Jensen, of Vernal, was a visitor Friday at the J. E. Jensen home. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Durfee and family were Vernal visitors Saturday. Satur-day. Mr and Mrs. Grant Pickup and Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Taylor were Salt Lake City visitors, Thursday, Mrs. Leah Chandler and daughters, daugh-ters, Paulette and Renea, and Mrs. Ada Pickup went to Price Saturday Sat-urday morning to visit Mr. and Mrs. Richard O'Neil and family. Primary officers and teachers attending preparation meeting Saturday Sat-urday evening were Donna Pickup, Jennie McMullin, Alice Wall, Nellie Nel-lie Harris, Mable Nebeker and Viola Jensen. Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Jensen and daughters, Irene and Joyce, spent Sunday evening visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. - Norton Shelton of Roosevelt. - , |
