Show , LAPOMT Mable Jenkins Funeral Services For Glenda Winn The funeral services of Glenda Winn, the 15-month old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Winn, were held in the Lapoint ward chapel May 11, at 2 p.m. with Louis Woolley conducting.. The opening song, "Beyond the Sunset," a duet by Merlin Reynolds and Ned Gines; invocation was by Roy Hu-ber; Hu-ber; song, male quartet, George Bigelow, Louis Woolley, Rex Taylor, Tay-lor, Adrian Kump; brief remarks, Dorothy Thompson; speaker, Orvill Swain; solo, Thurza Sprouse, "That Little Girl Of Mine;" speaker, Harvey Hullinger; the closing song was by Dorothy Luck, "The Gard- en of Tomorrow;" prayer, Gene k Nyberg. The place of burial was in the Lapoint . cemetery. The grave was u dedicated by Lawrence Caldwall. Those attending from Outside points were: Mrs. Wanda Jensen and three daughters, of Orem; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Gene Smith, Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Winn, Vernal; Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Har-vey Sanders. Vernal; Mrs. Frances Fran-ces Willis, Vernal; Mrs. Bonnie Millicah, Vernal; Mr. and Mrs. Clive Sprouse, Roosevelt; Mr. and Mrs.. Ray Sprouse, Mr. and Mrs. Ersel Sprouse, Mrs, Don Kolb, Mr. and Mrs. Delos Searles, all of Ouray; Mrs. Sarah Allred, Og-den; Og-den; Mrs. Leland Peterson, Lois Duncan, Ira Pace and Donna Mitchell, all of Neola. The pallbearers were: Kay Winn, Ersel Sprouse, Howard Allred and Carl Gene Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Junior Stubbs and children, Brent and Brion, accom-" accom-" '"pvanied Mr; and Mrs. Junius South-am South-am and children to Provo, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank W. Jenkins and daughter, Ilean, of Oak Creek, are spending a few days with his parents, Mr., and Mrs. Frank Jenkins. Jen-kins. Nancy Christensen accompanied Ruth Adams and her father, M. C. Adams to Salt Lake City, Friday, Fri-day, and returned home Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Christensen and family spent Mother's Day with Mrs. Christensen's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Gadd, of Pop's Place, Colo. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Jenkins were in Roosevelt Friday. Mr. Jenkins received medical care and they also visited Mr. and Mrs. George Jenkins and family and Mrs. Nettie Jensen and Anna Davis. Hyrum Burgess was take'n to the Uintah County Hospital last week. George Bigelow was a Vernal visitor Mnndav. 1 Orpha Kump took Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Lambert to Roosevelt on Monday morning. They took the bus for Salt Lake. Mrs. Lambert will receive medical aid. They will be guests of Erna Swenson of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Pearl Woolley returned home last Sunday night from Orem. Or-em. Mr. and Mrs.. Ervin Young and children, of Randlett, were visiting visit-ing Mrs. Young's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Rulon Rasmussen and family fam-ily on Mother's Day. Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Rasmus-senn Rasmus-senn were Vernal visitors Tuesday. |
