Show Notice To Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appro-priate water in Duchesne county, state of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, all locations being from USB&M: To Change: a-2515 Uintah Power and Light Co. Roosevelt, Ut. Proposes Propos-es to change point of diversion of 25 sec.-ft. of water under a right initiated by Application No. 11344. The water has been diverted di-verted from Big Spring at a point described in the original application as being N. 31 deg. 15 min. W. 2450 ft. from SE Cor., Sec. 5, T2N., R2W., and used for the generation of electrical elec-trical power, after which it has been returned to the stream channel at a pint N. 34 deg. 00 min. E. 1015 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 25, T2N, R2W, Hereafter 25 sec.-ft. of water will be diverted from Big Spring at a point which is actually located lo-cated S. 66 deg. 00 min. W. 1260 ft. from EV4 Cor. R2E. Hereafter it is proposed to divert 11,570 ac.-ft. of water from Duchesne River at a point N. 23 deg. 00 min. E. 80 ft. from SVi Cor. Sec. 35, T3S. R4W; convey the water by means of Duchesne feeder canal a distance dis-tance of 15 miles to Midview Reservoir made by constructing an impounding dam to a height of 54 ft., the center of which is located S. 2650 ft. and W. 1200 ft. from NE. cor. Sec. 36, T3S, R3W. The reservoir will have a capacity of 5800 ac.-ft. and will inundate 405 acres of land embraced em-braced in Sees. 35 and 36, T3S, R3W.
