Wilson and sons, Roger and Gordon, of Springville, and Mrs. Ralph Kitchen and daughter, daugh-ter, Ann, of Provo. Returning with them was Mrs. Emma Wilson, Wil-son, of Payson, Mrs. Young's mother, who had been visiting here for the past few weeks. Salt Lake City visitors this week were Howard Ivory, Don Nielson and Grant Chug'g, who attended a Soil Conservation Service meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nelson and family recently returned from a trip to Phoenix. Arizona, here they visited their son, Kent, who is on an L.D.S. mission. They also visited in Mexico. Houseguests of Mr. and Mrs Marion Bowman last Saturday and Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Dick Douglas and son, Dick, Jr., of Salt Lake City. Salt Lake City visitors Tuesday Tues-day of last week were Mr. and Mrs. Ted Olpin, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Rowley and Mrs. La-Rue La-Rue Laris. Enroute Mrs. Olpin became ill and was taken to the L.D.S. hospital for treatment. treat-ment. She returned home Tuesday. Recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Page were Mr. and Mrs. Morris M. Page, of Hill Field and Mrs. Gertrude Moysh and son, Ricky, of Logan. Mrs. Lon A. Logan and Mrs. E. M. Axtell, of Fort Dnchesne, returned Tuesday evening- from Salt Lake City, where they attended at-tended the annual convention of the Utah State Federated Women's Wom-en's Clubs. Mrs. Logan attended a pre-convention pre-convention dinner and board meeting at the Alta Club Sunday Sun-day evening. The sessions closed Tuesday afternoon with a reception re-ception at the new Pioneer building, honoring Mrs. Oscar A. Ahlgren, Whiting, Ind., first vice-president of the general federation. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Rich-man Rich-man and Melba spent the weekend week-end in Salt Lake City and Provo. Pro-vo. Richard Long, former employe em-ploye of the Roosevelt Safeway store, and now working for the same company in Price, was a visitor here last week. Mrs. J. P. Alsberg, of Fort Du-cehsne, Du-cehsne, is leaving Friday for a two-week vacation trip to California Cal-ifornia and Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Scurlock visited last week with their daughter, Dorothy, who is attending at-tending Northwest Nazarene college, col-lege, at Nampa, Idaho. Billy Arnold and Arlin Jensen Jen-sen sailed April 16 for military duty stationed in Japan. Mrs. Jack Carter, Mrs. Donald Don-ald Laris and Mrs. Dick Bastian, of the Socialette club, and Mrs. Anthon Christensen. of the Jr. Culture club, attended the convention con-vention of Federated Woman's Clubs held in Salt Lake City-last City-last week. Mrs. Christensen soent several days in the Holy Cross hospital receiving medical treatment. George Pulos and Louis Laris returned Sunday night from a trip to Chicago and other eastern east-ern cities. Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Walker and Mr. and Mrs. John C.
