Show Mrs. Elsie Bird MIA Party Held As Farewell To Loryn Ross Family Tuesday night the M.I.A. held a farewell party for Mr. and Mrs. Loryn Ross and family, who are moving to Pleasant Valley to make their new horne. The evening was spent dancing to the music of the Duchesne School orchestra. A very enjoyable en-joyable program was presented as follows: Piano solo, Ronald Zirker; skit, Betty Evans, Nona Lee Holgate, Grace Larsen, Clifton Clif-ton Larsen, Caron Larsen; accordion ac-cordion solo, Larmar Ross: trumpet trum-pet solo, Gale Larsen; remarks, Mr. and Mrs. Loryn Ross. Refreshments were served and a beautiful table lamp was presented pre-sented to Mr. and Mrs. Ross by the M.I.A, Relief Society, Primary Pri-mary and Sunday School. Mrs. Lois Terpening and new baby daughter returned home Thursday from the Roosevelt hospital. Naomi and Gayle Gilbert came in from Provo to spend I the weekend with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas M. Gilbert, Gil-bert, j Mr. and Mrs. Charles Jensen and son, Kent, attended Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting at Ballard Sunday night where Kent was a speaker Mrs. Ray Scholes and sons, of Roosevelt, visited Sunday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Milt Larsen. |
