Show JffT rrfcl rrf-rr-fe-' Ljrrrr Mr and Mrs. Wallace Weeks and daughter, Cala Rae, of Eagle, Colorado, were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Timothy last week. Mrs. Jerry Van (Darlene Brown) is home with her mother, moth-er, Mrs. Ethel Brown, while Mr. Van is serving with the U. S. naval service in Cuba. Mr. and Mrs. Axel Birch were Provo visitors during the week. Salt Lake City visitors last weekend were Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Ashton. Mr. and Mrs. Clair Larsen left Feb. 1 for San Diego, Calif, to meet their son, Dale, who has a 14-day leave from the naval na-val service. Two other lc-eal boys, also stationed at San Diego. Arvin Labrum and Dee Roberts, ' will accompany the Larsons home. They also have a 14-day leave. Mrs. Ed Richman and two children, who have been visiting the past week with her grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Katherine Snyder, in Bountiful, returned last week end with Mr. and Mrs. Weldon Richman and family, of Salt Lake City, who helped Mr. Richman's father, Elmer Rich-man, Rich-man, celebrate his birthday. Mrs. Phil Pack and daughter, JeNeal, spent Sunday. Monday and Tuesday visiting in Tremon-ton Tremon-ton and Logan. Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hug-gins Hug-gins and baby daughter, of Salt Lake City, spent last weekend visiting at the .home of Mrs Huggins' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Lambert. Other guests at the Lambert home last week were Mr. and Mrs. Dave J. Thomas and family fam-ily from Anchorage, Alaska, and Mrs. Minnie Thomas and son, Jack, of Salt Lake City'. Leaving Sunday afternoon to spend several days in Salt Lake City were Mrs. Presley Timothy and her daughter, Linda. Returning home with them Tuesday night was Mrs. Byron Hancock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy. Mrs. O. R. Royse and son, Richard, of Portland, Oregon, arrived Tuesday to visit at the Louie Laris home. Mrs. Royse is a niece of Mr. Laris. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrell Jensen and sons attended funeral services ser-vices in Manti this week for Mrs. Jensen's father, who died after a long illness. Mrs. Don Truman and new daughter arrived home this week from the local hospital, much to the joy of the fond father, who with the Truman's I other two sons and daughter, anxiously awaited a glimpse of the wee one. The new bundle of joy weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and has been given the name of Sandra. Congratulations, Trumans. Tru-mans. Frank Chamberlain, of White-rocks, White-rocks, has been transferred to Nevada, .where he will continue his work with the Indian Agency. Agen-cy. Mrs. Louie Laris returned home Sunday after being in Salt Lake the past month, where she has been receiving medical treatment. Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Varney McLea last Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Pete Nelson and son, Brett, of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. John Silver fij sons, Bob and Jim, of Salt it City, were dinner guests at tk Marion Bowman home, Sunday Congratulations are in for the Hal Wilckens. She was taken to the Roosevelt hospital and it Wa! thought that she had perham had a stroke, but she was leased and taken to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ernest Belts where she rapidly improved. ' Mr. and Mrs. Anthon B. Chris, tensen and son, Douglas, visited 1 last weekend in Delta. |
