Show Wedding Dance And ReGsptisn ESWuvi Sua b i a m e. wsi MONTWEL (Special) The Montwel LDS ward chapel was the setting Saturday evening, Jan. 8, for the wedding reception and dance, honoring Mr. and Mrs. Myron My-ron Haslem, who exchanged marriage mar-riage vows, Jan. 1, at the home of the bride's parents, with Bishop Bish-op James E. Haniblin, father . of j the bride, performing the cere- i mony. Parents of the bride were the i host and hostess for the occasion. I The bridegroom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. John Haslem, of Bennett. The bride greeted guests in her wedding gown of traditional white satin, enhanced by her veil of tulle. The gift room was in charge of Mary Dale, Joyce Hamblin and Karen Woodward, and serving was under the direction of Mrs. Reita Hamblin, Mrs. Jean Hamblin, Hamb-lin, Mrs. Lora Hullinger and Mrs. Mary Roberts. Assisting with the serving were Mary Dale, Joyce and Vivian Hamblin and Karen Woodward, cousins of the bride. The three-tiered white wedding cake was decorated with dainty pink flowers and topped with a miniature bride and groom. During the evening a program was presented, with Douglas Brown as master of ceremonies. Vocal selections were furnished by the following: Beth and Hazel Brown, Rosalie Brown, Delma Long and Frances Bowen. Readings Read-ings were given by Joyce Bolton and Janeil Smith; jokes by Douglas Doug-las Brown; prophecies by Donna Brown, and an accordion solo by Loraine Long. - I |
