Show i SsraaSH Business -Operators Can SoSve Problems Owners of small businesses have been covered by Social Security Se-curity since 1950 if they have had yearly net income of $400 or more. A considerable number of these businessmen, however, have not yet made Social Security Secur-ity reports because of this misunderstanding: mis-understanding: That Social Security Secur-ity taxes on the self-employed are not applicable unless there is also an income tax liability. Those who have questions on this and other Social Security matters should see Hartley D. Lampshire, field representative of the Salt Lake City district office, who will be in room 3, New county courthouse, court-house, Duchesne, Utah, at 2:00 p.m. on January 18, 1955, and also at the City Hall, Roosevelt, Utah, at '4:00 p.m. on January 18, 1955. |
