Show i'elfare Director Took Over Duties On Jan. 3 Clarence D. Moat has accepted the position in Duchesne County as Director of Public Welfare, replacing Lowell G. Coleman, who resigned to accept a position with the Indian Department at Fort Duchesne. Mr. Moat is originally from Johnson City, New York. He is a World War II and a Korean veteran, vet-eran, serving 9 years in the Naval Nav-al Service. He has a wife, Linda Lee, and three children, two girls and one boy, Charise, Valenna and David. Mr. Moat is now settled in Duchesne Du-chesne and assumed his duties on January 3rd. He thinks the people in Duchesne Du-chesne are "the salt of the earth" as he puts it and is looking forward for-ward to making his home here. |
