Show WHITEROCKS Madeena Smith Mr. and Mrs. Donald Simmons visited friends and relatives in Provo and Orem three days last week. They purchased a new car while there. Mrs. Velda Anderton and children chil-dren are visiting in Tooele with the Calvin Andertons this week. A group of pre-school childreri and their mothers were at school on Wednesday, getting the children chil-dren ready for next year. The school nurse, Mrs. Rust, visited vis-ited school and checked some of the children on Thursday. DO GOOD DEED The Boy Scouts, Orion Smith, David and Bert Moosman, . raked and hauled away the leaves off J. A. Hoops' lawn on Friday afternoon. after-noon. Mr. and Mrs. Gene Walkup, of Vernal, visited at the George Walkup home on Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Francis Crozier, the Donald Simmons and Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Smith transacted business bus-iness in Vernal on Thursday. Those attending Sunday School convention in Roosevelt from our ward were Stanley Hoops, Ronald Ron-ald and Theron Robb. Mildred Moosman, Ina Ellingford, Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Robb and Marjorie Robb. Donald Simmons is shearing his sheep this week. They are still at Deep Creek. Leland and Walter Moosman went to Wellington on Sunday to visit their brother, Boyd Moosman and family. Grandma Moosman returned re-turned home with them. Mr. and Mrs. Eldon F. Anderton of Tooele, are visiting this week with the Eldon Andertons. Velda and children returned with them. Stanley Hoops is shearing sheep for J. O. Hoops, Bill Hoops and himself this week. The Elbert Smiths visited in Lehi over the weekend with Mr. Smith's brother. Robert Smith, who is ill. |
