Show To Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Uintah County, State of Utah,- throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated. All locations are from SLB&M and USB&M. 25747 Mrs. Bernard Larsen, Roosevelt, Ut. .022 sec.-ft. for miscellaneous mis-cellaneous use from an 8-in. well bet. 30 and 150 ft. deep at a point N. 100 ft. and W. 100 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 17, T2S, R1E, USB&M. The water is to be used for purposes incidental to uses in Service Station, lunch stand, san-" itation and from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 2 acres in SE14SE14 said Sec. 17. 25953 Percy E. Stewart, Jensen, Jen-sen, UL 3 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from two separate sources at points and in amounts as follows: (1) Green River S. 2285 ft. and E. 300 ft. 2 sec.-ft.; (2) a drain S. 1,400 ft and W. 1320 ft 1 sec.-ft, both from NE Cor. Sec. 29, T5S, R23E, SLB&M. The water will be diverted from the Green River by a 4-in. centrifugal pump and conveyed by open ditch a distance of 2800 ft. to the point of diversion of the drain where it will be commingled and collected in a small holding pond. The water wat-er will be pumped from the holding hold-ing pond and conveyed by open ditch from May 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 45 acres in NE'NE1, SWNE, NW14NE14 Sec. 29, SEI4SE14 Sec. 20, T5S, R23E, SLB&M, and for year-round incidental inci-dental stock-watering purposes. 25993 Roosevelt City, Roosevelt, Roose-velt, Ut. 5.0 sec.-ft. for municipal use from Uriah Heap Spring area, tributary to Whiterocks River to Uinta River at a point N. 660 ft and W 330 ft. from EJ Cor. Sec. 5, T1S, R1E, USB&M, which is the point of collection of a spring area described as follows: Beg. NE Cor. Sec. 5 T1S, R1E, USB&M, thence E. 660 ft, S. 1980 ft, W. 1320 ft, N. 3300 ft., E. 660 ft, and S. 1320 ft to beg. The water will be collected and conveyed through a 16-in. pipe a distance of 60,000 ft. where it will be used for municipal purposes, pur-poses, in Roosevelt City. 26133 Roosevelt City Corporation, Corpor-ation, Roosevelt, Ut. 3 sec-ft. for municipal use from an unnamed spring.tributary to Uintah River to Duchesne River at a point S. 1240 ft. and E. 2200 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 19, T1S, R1E, USB&M, which is the point of collection of a spring area described as follows: Beg. S. 330 ft and E. 1080 ft. from said E4 Cor., N. 4100' E. 100 ft, S. 4900' E. 1500 ft, S. 4100' W. 100 ft, N. 4900' W. 1500 ft. to place of beg. The water will be collected by trenches and conveyed by pipe a distance of 2700 ft. to the existing distribution system through which it will be conveyed and used for municipal purposes in Roosevelt City. 26264 Arthur Tomlinson, Vernal, Ver-nal, Ut. 5 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from Green River at a point N. 2483 ft. and W. 390 ft. from S4 Cor. Sec. 30, T7S, R21E, SLB&M. The water will be pumped from the river into earth ditches and conveyed thereby a distance of 2 miles where it will be used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 to irrigate 80 acres in NWi4NWi4l SW'4NW'4 Sec. 6, T8S, R21E, NW14SW14 Sec. 31, T7S, R21E, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before be-fore May 21, 1955.
