Show BLUEBELL Blubell ward has recently organized or-ganized a Ward choir with Gardner Gard-ner Goodrich as President and William Telford, secretary. Anyone Any-one wishing to join may do so. Choir practice is on Sunday evening ev-ening at 9 o'clock. Russcl Roper of Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Roper and children of Riverton, George Roper and Vonda Roper were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Bird. Lyman Burdick, Charley i Wright, William Telford, Evan Goodrich and Betty Lou Sccley were Roosevelt visitors Monday Mrs. Ward, the music teacher of Altamont was here on Thursday Thurs-day to organize a music club. She is going to start on the 29th of June. Anyone wishing to join may do so. There will be all lines of music which will be very interesting in-teresting as well as educational. Mrs. Mary Lisonbee is ill with pneumonia. This is the second time this spring. Mrs. Gladys Burdick and two sons of Salt Lake City arrived here Monday to visit her husband's hus-band's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ly man Burdick and two brothers, Darrell and Donald. Corporal Donald Burdick, who is stationed at Texas and Darrel who is stationed at New Mexico arrived here this week to spend their furloughs with their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyman Burdick. Bur-dick. Mrs. Darrel Burdick and small son accompanied her husband hus-band here for a visit. ' Primary conference was held Saturday at 10 o'clock in the Bluebell ward chapel for all Ward officers of the Moon Lake stake. Adele Cannon Howells, Lillian Jensen, LaVcrn Parmly, all General Board members of Salt Lake City gave some wonderful wond-erful and timely instructions in caring for Primary children. ; Many beautiful articles were i demonstrated for the summer's i activities. . Ward officers came j from Talmage, Boneta, Mt. Home, Altonah, Mt. Emmons and Bluebell. A pot luck lunch I was served to about 50 guests. The Relief society held a Pot Luck party on Tuesday afternoon. after-noon. Program and games were played and a delicious dinner was served to twenty-five guests. ! Miss Bcrniece Palfrcyman, county home demonstrator came and gave some instructions on canning. . I Mrs. Dclorcs McClure and daughter of Long Beach, California Cali-fornia visited a lew days here with her father, William Telford. The Primary went on a picnic Wednesday to the Henry Wathen ranch on wagons. They took their lunch and while there they played games and ran races. Prizes were presented to the lucky ones. Mr. and Mrs. Francis Seeley of Royal were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Seeley. Levison Hancock celebrated his 86th birthday on June 9. Mr. and Mrs. Orson Monson of Altonah and Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Thackcr of Mt. Emmons were visiting in Blubell Sunday. A party honoring the two ! soldier boys home on furlough j was given in the Ward chapel Monday evening. Pat's orchestra of Roosevelt furnished the music. |
