Show SUMMONS Civil No. 43235 IN THE DISTRICT COURT FOR DAVIS COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH De ESTAING R. NEWTON and MILDRED V. NEWTON, Plaintiffs, vs. FLOYD K. KNIGHTON, KENNETH KEN-NETH K. KNIGHTON, ALBERT K. ALBERTS, GEESSIEN ALBERTS and ALL SEASONS REALTY, INC., Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned and required re-quired to file with the clerk of the above court a written answer to the attached complaint, and to serve upon or mail to plaintiffs attorney, George K. Fadel, 17(1 West 400 Smith Rniintiful Utah 84010, a copy of your answer within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail to so answer, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint which has been filed with the clerk of the above court and a copy of which is attached and herewith served upon you, or mailed to you at your last known address. This is an action upon a Uniform Real Estate Contract for the sum of $11,248.38, attorneys fees and costs, and for foreclosure of the contract as a note and mortgage and for deficiency judgment upon sale at execution of the following described tract in Davis County, Utah: BEGINNING at a point 29.4 rods North and 80 rods West from the Southeast comer of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence North 20.0 rods; thence East 59.0 rods, more or less, to the Southwesterly line of the D & R.G.W. Railroad Right of Way; thence Southeasterly along said right of way to a point 29.4 rodi North of the South line of said Section 14; thence West 73.0 rods, more or less, to the point of the BEGINNING.
