Show Roller Receives award Richard R. Roller, vice president-sales manager for Wardley Corp. Better Homes and Gardens Lay ton Hills mall office, has been awarded the Residential Sales Specialist Spe-cialist (CRS) designation by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, Insti-tute, affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. The award was announced during dur-ing the council and marketing institute insti-tute meetings held in conjunction with mid-year meetings of the National Na-tional Association of Realtors, Feb. 6-10 in San Antonio, Tex. Roller received the award and special spe-cial recognition at the Utah CRS Chapter luncheon March 25. Those receiving the CRS must complete three required residential sales courses offered by the Residential Re-sidential Sales Council and must demonstrate expertise in applied residential marketing.
