Show Service held for Hayward in Farmington FARMINGTON Raymond Alfred Hayward, former resident of Farmington, died March 28, 1988 at age 76 in a hospital in Tulsa, Okla.. of causes incident to age. Born Jan. 21, 1912 in Chetopa, Kansas, to William and Alice J. Vassar Hayward. Married Leta Feral Hayward on Aug. 20, 1934 in Vinita, Okla. She died March 29, 1985. He worked for M.H. Cook Pipeline Pipe-line Construction for 24 years. A long time resident of Farmington, he also resided in Blue Jacket, Okla. for the last four years. Mr. Hayward is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Raedean Matthews, Matth-ews, Washington Terrace, Ogden; and two sons, Chad Hayward, Salt Lake City; Robert Hayward, Farmington; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are five brothers, Bill Hayward, Tulsa, Okla.; Clyde Hayward, Tulsa, Okla.; Chester Hayward, Blue Jacket, Okla.; Jimmy Jim-my Hayward, Vinita, Okla.; Mel-vin Mel-vin Hayward, Amillio, Tex. Preceded Pre-ceded in death by one brother and one sister. Graveside services were held Friday, April 1 in the Farmington City Cemetery. Interment was in Farmington City Cemetery under direction of Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary. |
