Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals will be received by the Utah Department De-partment of Transportation UDOT-DPS Building (2nd Floor), 4501 South 2700 West, Salt Lake City. Utah, Ml 19, until 2 o'clock p.m. Tuesday, April 26. 1988. and at that time publicly opened for construction of Grading, Grad-ing, Surfacing and Traffic Signals in Davis County, the same being that section of State Street (SR-126) and 1000 East and 300 North (SR-10T) and 1000 West in Clearfield identified as Slate Project No. NM-2O05(7). The principal hems of work are approximately as follows: 2708 Lin. Ft. of Yt" PVC Conduit (Schedule (Sche-dule 40), 8 Each of Mast Aim Signal Pole Foundation, Founda-tion, and 2969 Lin. Ft. of W PVC Conduit (Schedule (Sche-dule 40). The project is to be completed in 60 working days. A contractor's license is required pror to bidding. Proposal forms, plans, and specifications are on file in the office of the Utah Department of Transportation. Salt Lake City, and the office of its District Director at Ogden, Utah where they may be reviewed by prospective prospec-tive bidders. Specifications, proposal forms, and plans may be obtained only at the Department Offices at Salt Lake City, upon application and payment of a fee of $20.00, none of which will be refunded. Each bidder must submit a bid bond from an approved surety company on forms provided by the Department; or in lieu thereof, cash, certified check, or cashier's check for not less than 5 of the total amount of the bid. made payable to the Utah Department of Transportation, as evidence of good faith and a guarantee guaran-tee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will execute the contract and furnish the contract bonds as required . The right to reject any or all bids is reserved. Any additional information may be secured at the office of the Utah Department of Transportation. Dated this 2nd day of April, 1988.
