Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the Davis County Courthouse, Court-house, North Front Door, 28 East State Street, (Corner of State and Main Streets), Farmington, Utah, on April 29, 1988, at 2:00 p.m. of said day for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents executed by R. Eric Peterson, as Trustor, Security Title Company, as Trustee, and in favor of First Security State Bank, as Beneficiary. First Security State Bank subsequently assigned its beneficiary interest in said Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents to First Security Bank of Utah, N.A. An Assignment of Note and Trust Deed was recorded on December 4, 1987, as Entry No. 0809783, in Book 1207, at Page 1087, et seq., of the official records of the Davis County Recorder's Office. Said Trust Deed With Assignment of Rents was recorded on December 5, 1986, as Entry En-try No. 0763358, in Book 1128 at Page 698 et seq., of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, State of Utah, covering real property situated in Davis County, Utah, more particularly described as follows: See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. EXHIBIT "A" Beginning at a point South 0 degrees 08'06" East 542.00 feet along the East line of a street (200 West Street) and South 89 degrees 33'18" East 151.00 feet from the Northwest corner of , Lot 2, Block 9, North Mill Creek Plat, Bountiful Townsite. Survey Sur-vey , in the City of Bountiful, and running thence South 0 degrees 08'06" East 516.00 feet along a line which is parallel to and 151 feet East of said East line of 200 West Street; thence South 89 degrees de-grees 33'18" East 183.24 feet to the East line of the Old Bamberger Bamber-ger Railroad Right of Way; thence North 15 degrees 01'42" East 1093 . 16 feet along said East line of a Railroad Right of Way and the boundaries of Hblbrook Subdivision and Chapel Subdivision, Subdivi-sion, Plat "A" to the Northwest Corner of said Chapel Subdivision, Subdivi-sion, Plat "A"; thence North 89 degrees 33'18" West 68.20 feet along the South line of a street (1000 North Street) to the West line of said Railroad Right of Way; thence South 15 degrees 01'42" West 477.35 feet along the West line of said Railroad Right of Way; thence North 89 degrees 33' 18" West 176.13 feet; thence South 0 degrees 08'06" East 80.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 33'18" West 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
