Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Coun-ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 19th day of April, 1988, at 1 1:00 o'clock a.m. of said day: Said property situated in Davis County, State of Utah, more particularly particular-ly described as follows: All of Lot 200, MELANIE ACRES SUBDIVISION PHASE 2, a subdivision of part of Section 14, Township 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the City of Clearfield, according to the official plat thereof. Commonly known as 2206 South 100 West, Clearfield, Utah 84015. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated April 29, 1981, and was executed by BILLIE W. PATRICK, SR., and PATRICIA W. PATRICK, his wife, as Trustor, and in favor of FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, the present Beneficiary. The present owners own-ers are reported to be BILLIE W.
